Cancellation & Reservation Amendment Policy

General bookings:

  • Deposit: Non-refundable deposit (50%) paid upon booking.
  • Balance Due: Paid upon arrival.
  • Check-in time:14:00 (2 pm). Failure to check-in by 20:00 (8 pm) will be considered a ‘No Show’ unless the guest has received written confirmation from the resort of receipt of late arrival notification. 
  • No Show: Will result in a full charge for the booking.
  • Late check-in is available where the guest has received written confirmation from the resort of receipt of late arrival notification 
  • Health-related cancellation: 
    • With notice via email no less than 72 hours before arrival
    • Credit vouchers will be provided for future stays.
  • Cancellations during Peak Season Dec. 15-Jan.5: nonrefundable. credit vouchers do not apply.
  • Early departure:  Unused reservation is nonrefundable and credit vouchers do not apply.
  • Late check-out: 11 am. Guest checkout after this time will be charged an extra night. 
 

Long-term direct booking 

  • Deposit: 25% non-refundable deposit paid upon booking.
  • Intermediate: 20% non-refundable payment 1 week prior to arrival.
  • Balance Due: Balance paid upon arrival.
  • Amendments may be made and are contingent upon availability. 
 

Group bookings (minimum of 8 cabanas):

  • Deposit: 10% non-refundable deposit upon booking..
  • Intermediate: 40% non-refundable payment 90 days prior to arrival.
  • Balance due: 50% paid 30 days before arrival.
  • Amendments apply only to the number of group participants and are subject to availability. 
 

Additional Information

  • Booking rates do not include 9% hotel tax.

Children:

  • Under age 3: No charge

  • Ages 5–15: 50% discount

  • Additional person: $50–$135 per night, subject to availability

  • Pet cleaning fee:

    • Trained pet: $35/day

    • Untrained pet: $50/day

  • Air Conditioning Upgrade:
    Guests who booked a cabana without AC may add it later for a fixed fee of $15 per night.

  • Water:
    A 5-gallon jug of drinking water can be delivered to the cabana upon request for $5.

  • Coffee Machine:
    Available upon request and subject to availability (machine only; coffee and filters not included).

  • Cooking Equipment:
    For long-term stays, a hot plate and a pot or pan may be provided upon request, subject to availability, for simple cooking in the cabana.

  • Flexible Rescheduling (Special Circumstances):
    In special cases, if a guest contacts reception to postpone their stay, the resort may issue a credit voucher valid for 1 year.

  • Force Majeure:
    A credit voucher for the equivalent value of the booking will be provided. Vouchers do not apply during peak season.
