From San Pedro to Your Cabana
Upon arrival in San Pedro, guests either take the shuttle or jump in a taxi. At the reception, the front desk clerk will present you with the key to your Cabana Suite and show you the way to it.

Is there a shuttle service from the airport?
Yes! After booking, please contact the resort front desk to confirm shuttle availability. Upon arriving at the airport or water taxi terminal in San Pedro Town, a shuttle will be waiting for you. Alternatively, you can take any taxi directly to Royal Caribbean Resort for around $7.50 USD one way.
What are the check-in instructions?
Upon arrival, look to the left of the entrance gate for the “Reception” sign. Walk in to check in; if the door is locked, press the buzzer, and a representative will assist you shortly.
At check-in, you’ll fill in any remaining information (we can send you a link beforehand via email or phone). The front desk will confirm your reservation balance, collect your credit card info for incidentals (no deposit required), and provide details about the resort and island if it’s your first visit.
You’ll then receive your cabana key, vouchers for a welcome drink and a 5-minute beachside massage, plus your beach towel. For fresh towels, simply exchange your used one at the front desk.

How far is the beach club from the resort?
The beach is a two-minute walk south of Royal Caribbean Resort. There, you’ll find Island Wonder Beach Club, with beach volleyball, a fire pit, games, comfortable loungers, and hammocks.
Is there a safe box in each room?
No, the cabana suites do not include a safe box. However, there is a secure safe available in the office for guest use.
Can I use US dollars in Belize?
Yes, US dollars are accepted everywhere in Belize. The exchange rate is $1 USD = $2 BZD.
